# Contact Actorly support.

Talk to a person. Before you write, the [docs](https://admin.actorly.app/docs) and [how to see who changed a product](https://admin.actorly.app/blog/how-to-see-who-changed-a-product-in-shopify) answer most questions.

## What to include.

- Your store's address, the one ending in **.myshopify.com**.
- What you were looking at: the product, collection or setting, and the field that changed.
- When you noticed it, and what you expected to see instead.
- For a restore that did not go through, the message Actorly showed you.
- Please do not send passwords or card numbers.

## What happens next.

1. Your message goes to [team@actorly.app](mailto:team@actorly.app).
2. Support reads it and answers by email, to the address you wrote from.
3. Questions about what Actorly tracks are answered from [the Coverage page](https://admin.actorly.app/coverage), so you may be pointed to it.

## Before you write.

### I can't see changes from before I installed

Shopify doesn't keep them, so no app can show them. Your history starts the day you install.

### It says "Unknown" for who made a change

Shopify does not record who made this change. Actorly shows Unknown rather than guessing. [How who is worked out](https://admin.actorly.app/docs/see-who-made-a-change/who-made-it)

### There's no Restore button on a change
