Actorly Restore
Restore to a date and time (Actorly Restore): Available on Actorly Restore. Up to 500 fields in one go. Covers the fields Actorly can put back, which are listed in the app. Items deleted since then are left out, and so are fields Actorly has no recorded value for. A field someone has changed since you looked at the summary is not overwritten.
Billed by Shopify on your usual invoice. Busy stores pay the same as quiet ones.

What does Actorly cost?
Actorly Watch is free: three months of change history and one restore a month. Actorly Restore is $29 a month or $240 a year, with unlimited history while you stay on Restore, unlimited single-field restores and export. Seeing is free; fixing costs.
Can I download my theme files?
Yes, on Actorly Restore. Actorly saves a copy of the files of your published and unpublished themes on a schedule, and you download a theme as a ZIP from the Data room. The first backup builds after Actorly's first scheduled check. Actorly Watch keeps no copy of your theme files.
Is there a free trial?
No. Actorly Watch is the free plan, with no clock.
Who bills me?
Shopify. The charge appears on your usual Shopify invoice. You pick monthly or yearly on Shopify's own plan page, and you change plan or cancel in your Shopify admin.
Am I charged per change?
Never. Busy stores pay the same as quiet ones. Plans differ in how long history is kept and how many restores you get.
How much does the yearly plan save?
The yearly plan is $240 a year, against $348 for twelve months at $29. That is a saving of 31%.
What do I get on the free plan?
The same record as Restore: the old and new value, who made a product change when Shopify reports it with how sure Actorly is, search and filters. On top of that, three months of history and one restore a month (counted over the last 30 days, not a calendar month), on basic details such as a product's title, tags or description. Export is part of Restore.
Why are pages and files noticed at different speeds on each plan?
Shopify sends no change notice for pages, blogs, articles, menus, URL redirects, price lists, policies and files, so Actorly re-reads them on a schedule: weekly on Watch, daily on Restore. The history, the who made it and the coverage are the same on both plans.
What happens to my history if I go from Restore back to Watch?
You keep the last 90 days. History older than 90 days is deleted after a 14-day notice, and upgrading again does not bring it back. Actorly warns you before anything is deleted.
What happens to my history if I uninstall?
Shopify tells Actorly at once and sends a store-erasure request 48 hours later, and Actorly then erases your history, saved evidence and account records. Reinstalling within those 48 hours keeps everything.
Am I charged on a development store?
No. A development store is a test store and is never charged.
