What does each plan include?
The Plan section of Account lists what each plan includes. A line is drawn only for something Actorly has built, and a built line Actorly Watch does not include is marked "Restore plan only". The table below lists the main differences, and it includes restoring to a date and time, which the Plan cards do not list as a line.

Which plan am I on?

What does a restore on Actorly Watch cover?
Basic details, such as a product's title, tags or description, a vendor, a product type, a theme template, a collection's title or description, and a location's, market's or shipping profile's name, or a file's alt text. Putting a product back on sale or hiding it (its status), restoring a variant's price and restoring a collection's sort order need Actorly Restore. See What Actorly can and cannot put back.
Watch counts one restore in any rolling 30 days. It is not a calendar month. Overview shows it as "of 1 in 30 days". A restore that succeeded counts against it, and one still running holds it for up to 5 minutes, so a second restore started straight away can be refused. When it is used, the app says "You have used the restore included in your plan in the last 30 days. Actorly Restore includes unlimited restores."
What is the same on both plans?
Both plans watch the same kinds of record. Search, filters, old and new values, who made a change with how sure Actorly is, and the coverage page work the same on both. The difference in what Actorly watches is how soon the scheduled kinds are noticed: weekly on Watch, daily on Restore. The plans differ in history length, restores, export and theme file download, which the table above shows.
How long is my history kept, and what happens when I move?
Actorly Watch keeps 3 months of change history, 90 days. Actorly Restore keeps all of it while you stay on it. Moving to Watch keeps the last 90 days and removes older history after a notice, for good. Moving to Restore is immediate and does not recreate what was removed. The details, with the dates and what you see, are in Upgrade, downgrade or cancel Actorly and How long Actorly keeps your history, and storage.
What if Actorly cannot read my plan?
It says so on Account. "Actorly could not read your plan" ("This is a problem reaching Shopify, not a change to your plan. Nothing about your subscription has changed.") means Actorly could not read the plan record it holds for your store. "Actorly could not confirm this plan with Shopify" means the plan shown below is the safest assumption, not a confirmed answer: until Actorly can confirm it, it applies the limits of Actorly Watch, even for a store that is paying. Your subscription itself has not changed. A store that has not chosen a plan is never treated as being on Actorly Restore.
A worked example
Sample: you are on Actorly Watch and a staff member renames a product and sets it to Draft. You restore the title with Restore this value: it works, and Overview now reads "of 1 in 30 days" with none left. The status change shows "Included with Actorly Restore" in place of the button, on any day, because a product's status needs Actorly Restore. Next week you open Export history on Overview: it is switched off with "Export is part of Actorly Restore." You move to Actorly Restore on Shopify's plan page, which bills $29 per month, or $240 a year. History from then on is kept without limit, restores are unlimited, and export and theme ZIPs are available. Nothing that was already removed comes back.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a trial?
No. Actorly Watch is free with no clock, and Actorly Restore has no trial.
Is a month the same as 30 days for restores?
Yes. Watch counts one restore in any rolling 30 days, not a calendar month.
Does Actorly Watch watch less than Actorly Restore?
No. It watches the same kinds with the same attribution and before and after values. The plans differ in history length, restores, export and theme file download, and in how soon the scheduled kinds are noticed.
Do I lose features if I stay on Actorly Watch?
You keep reading everything Actorly has recorded. Export, restores beyond one every 30 days, restoring a product's status, a variant's price or a collection's sort order, and theme files as a ZIP are on Actorly Restore.
Where do I see what is not available on my plan?
A control that is not on your plan is switched off and says why, for example "Export is part of Actorly Restore."
How is it billed?
By Shopify, on your usual Shopify invoice. Actorly never charges per change, per product or by store size. On a development store Shopify's own plan screen says "These plans are free to test on this store."
Why does Overview say 90 days and the plan 3 months?
They are the same window.
What price does Actorly Restore have?
$29 per month, or $240 a year.
